Kitscore (the "Service," "we," "us") is operated by GHG Consulting LLC, a New York State registered limited liability company. These Terms govern your access to and use of kitscore.co and any related apps, accounts, or services (together, the "Service"), whether you use it as a creator, a sponsor, a manager, or an agency or team member.
By creating an account, submitting evidence, requesting an evaluation, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which describe how we handle personal data.
In these Terms, the following words have these meanings. Other terms are explained where they first appear.
You must be 18 or older to use Kitscore, and you must have the authority to bind the company or individual you represent (as a creator, sponsor, manager, or agency) to these Terms.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@kitscore.co if you suspect unauthorized access.
If you use the Service as a Manager, Agency, or Team Member, Section 5 also applies to you.
This section applies if you use the Service as a Manager or Agency, or as a Team Member on a Sponsor, Manager, or Agency account.
Kitscore is a sponsorship due-diligence platform. It generates Trust Scores, Reliability Scores, and decision memos for creators based on a combination of self-reported information, evidence submitted by creators, live-verified platform data where available, and mutually confirmed campaign records between creators and sponsors.
Kitscore scores and reports are informational, not a guarantee. They reflect the evidence available to us at the time of generation and are not a substitute for your own due diligence, contract negotiation, or judgment. We do not guarantee the accuracy of self-reported or evidence-submitted data, and we are not a party to, and bear no liability for, any sponsorship agreement, payment, or dispute between a creator and a sponsor.
Creators may optionally connect a YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, or Discord account so Kitscore can verify account (or, for Discord, server) ownership and read public statistics used in scoring. Doing so is subject to the applicable platform's own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service (Google's use of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy), the Meta Terms of Service for Instagram connections, the Twitch Terms of Service for Twitch connections, and the Discord Terms of Service for Discord connections. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what data we access and how we use it, and our Data Deletion Instructions for how to remove it. You can disconnect a platform account at any time by revoking access from that platform's own account settings and asking us to remove the connection.
When you submit evidence (screenshots, analytics exports, campaign documentation, etc.), you confirm you have the right to share it and that it's accurate to the best of your knowledge. We may review, verify, reject, or request clarification on submitted evidence. Falsifying evidence or misrepresenting campaign outcomes may result in suspension or termination of your account and removal of associated scores.
You keep ownership of content you submit, including evidence, profile information, contracts, notes, and endorsements. You grant GHG Consulting LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, display, and use that content as needed to operate and improve the Service, including displaying your scores and profile, and, for sponsors, endorsement feedback, to other users as described in the Privacy Policy. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies kept in backups for a limited period and records described in the Privacy Policy. If you believe a piece of published content about you (for example a sponsor endorsement) is false or defamatory, email hello@kitscore.co and we will review it.
If you upload information about other people — for example roster members, contract counterparties, or contacts you invite — you confirm you have a lawful basis to do so and have given any notices the law requires. For that information, you decide why and how it is used, and we process it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
AI-assisted features. Some features use automated systems, including third-party AI models, to draft text (for example pitches and briefs) or to scan contracts and extract their key terms (Contract Intelligence), and to check captions and public video titles. Results are suggestions and automated checks only; they may be incomplete or wrong, are not legal advice, and you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them. Don't submit information through these features that you're not entitled to share.
Verified Campaigns require independent confirmation from both the creator and the sponsor involved. Neither party can unilaterally confirm a campaign on the other's behalf. Disputes about whether a campaign occurred, or about its outcome, are between the creator and sponsor — Kitscore does not arbitrate these disputes, though we may remove a Verified Campaign badge if we receive credible evidence that it was fraudulently confirmed.
Scores are informational. Trust Scores, Reliability Scores, and related reports are decision-support tools. Sponsors should not treat a score as the sole basis for a decision about a creator, and Kitscore does not make hiring, contracting, or payment decisions on anyone's behalf.
Paid evaluations, subscriptions, and escrow payments are processed via Stripe, including Stripe Connect for managers who receive payouts. By purchasing an evaluation, subscribing to a plan, or funding an escrow, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the listed price and, for subscriptions, on each renewal until you cancel. Prices are listed in USD; where required by law, applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and added at checkout (see our Privacy Policy). Prices may change with notice posted on the Service.
Escrow. Where a sponsor funds a signed contract through Kitscore's escrow feature, the payment is held until the creator submits the deliverable and the sponsor releases it to the creator's Stripe payout account. Before the creator submits the deliverable, the sponsor may request a refund of the amount held; once it has been submitted, a refund is no longer available and the sponsor may instead report a problem, which Kitscore reviews. Kitscore charges a fee of up to 10% on the creator's side, deducted from the creator's payout, and a separate fee of up to 5% on the sponsor's side, added to the sponsor's payment at checkout; the sponsor-side fee is non-refundable (current rates are shown at checkout). Escrow is funded and held in US dollars only. Kitscore currently supports payouts through Stripe Connect to creators in the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, Canada and Switzerland; payouts outside the United States may involve currency conversion by Stripe. Payouts to creators in other regions, including Australia, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, are not currently available. Kitscore is not a bank and does not hold funds itself; funds are held by Stripe under Stripe's own terms. If a creator or sponsor disagrees about whether the deliverable was completed, contact billing@kitscore.co — Kitscore may hold a release pending review but does not arbitrate the underlying business dispute.
Automatic release. For escrow funded on or after October 1, 2026: once the creator has submitted the deliverable, the sponsor has 14 days to release the payment or report a problem. We email the sponsor a reminder in the final days of that window. If the sponsor does neither within 14 days, the payment is released to the creator automatically. Reporting a problem, or a card dispute or chargeback on the sponsor's payment, pauses automatic release while Kitscore reviews the matter; Kitscore may also pause it where it reasonably suspects fraud or error. An automatic release has the same effect as a release by the sponsor, including the fee and non-refundable terms described above.
Billing questions: billing@kitscore.co.
Support times. We aim to reply to every support email within 4 business hours, and within 2 business hours for issues affecting a payment held in escrow. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm UK time, excluding UK public holidays. These are targets, not guarantees, and do not constitute a service level agreement.
Single evaluation reports ($29)
We offer a full refund on evaluation report purchases within 48 hours of payment, no questions asked. After 48 hours, reports are non-refundable as the evaluation has been generated, delivered, and the underlying data and analysis cannot be recalled. To request a refund within this window, email billing@kitscore.co with your receipt or the creator name you evaluated.
Sponsor subscriptions (Starter $99/mo · Team $299/mo)
New Team subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. Your card is charged $299 automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then — we'll email a reminder before the trial converts. During the trial the subscription fee is not charged; one evaluation unlock is included free and each further unlock costs $12, paid when you unlock it. You may cancel your subscription (including during the trial, at no charge) at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days in a billing period. If you were charged after you had already cancelled (for example, due to a technical error), contact us within 7 days and we will refund that charge in full.
Creator Pro subscription ($19.99/mo)
Same terms as sponsor subscriptions above — cancel anytime through your account, access continues to end of period, no partial refunds for unused days.
Guaranteed refund circumstances
Regardless of the above, we will always refund in full if:
How to request a refund
Email billing@kitscore.co with your registered email address, the date of charge, and a brief description. We respond within 1 business day. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We have a straightforward refund process and prefer to resolve disputes directly. Chargebacks made without first contacting us may result in account suspension pending resolution.
If you're a consumer in the EEA or UK
You may have a right to cancel a digital service within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, under EU and UK consumer law. Because Kitscore reports and subscriptions are typically delivered or made available to you immediately, you agree, at the time of purchase, that we may begin performing right away and that you lose the right to cancel once the report has been fully delivered or, for a subscription, once you have started using it. This doesn't affect any other statutory right you may have, including the Guaranteed refund circumstances above.
You agree not to: misrepresent your identity or affiliation; submit fraudulent evidence or fabricate campaign confirmations; attempt to manipulate scores outside the normal evidence and confirmation process; scrape, resell, or redistribute Kitscore reports without permission; or use the Service to harass, defame, or discriminate against a creator or sponsor.
Kitscore, its scoring methodology, design, and branding are owned by GHG Consulting LLC. Decision memos, Verified Media Kits, and other reports you purchase or generate are licensed to you for your own evaluation/sponsorship purposes — not for resale or redistribution as a standalone product.
The Service is provided "as is." We don't warrant that scores are error-free, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that any creator or sponsor will meet your expectations. Sponsorship and business decisions you make based on Kitscore data are your own responsibility. Nothing in this section limits any statutory guarantee or warranty that applies to you as a consumer and cannot be excluded by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GHG Consulting LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US$100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost sponsorship deals. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
You agree to reimburse us for reasonable losses and costs (including legal fees) we incur because content you submitted was unlawful, infringed someone else's rights, or was submitted in breach of these Terms — except where the loss resulted from our own violation of law or these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including for fraudulent evidence, payment disputes made in bad faith, or abusive conduct. You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@kitscore.co. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7 (content license, to the extent described there), 12, 14, 16, and 18 — continue to apply after your account is closed.
These Terms are governed by the State of New York and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York State, unless otherwise required by law applicable to you as a consumer in your jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence, and these Terms do not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of that country.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify account holders directly.
If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms or your account without our consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
