For sponsor teams who stake their name on every recommendation

The 2am question: "did I just recommend a fraud?"

Kitscore turns that guess into a verified Trust Score, an 8-point brand safety check, and a documented decision memo — before your name goes on the recommendation.

Creator vetting is broken for sponsor teams.

Most sponsor teams are still vetting creators the same way they did five years ago — manually, inconsistently, with no audit trail. Agencies name creator vetting and compliance as their number-one challenge.

Vanity metrics everywhere

Follower counts and reach screenshots tell you nothing about audience quality — industry data put over a third of influencer accounts as showing signs of fake or purchased followers or inflated engagement, worse the bigger the account gets.

No standardised, documented process

Over half of marketers spend 30 minutes or less vetting a single creator. Only about 1 in 5 brands believe their agency partners have a well-defined vetting process, and roughly a quarter consistently receive vetting documentation.

ROI is a black box

79% of enterprise marketers surveyed say measuring ROI is their biggest challenge. Without a documented decision trail, there's no way to show why a creator was approved — or defend the call when a campaign underperforms.

Compliance risk

Brands can be held liable alongside creators for undisclosed sponsorships, and FTC civil penalties can run up to $53,088 per violation.

Contracts and conflicts go unwatched

A renewal date passes because nobody re-read the PDF, or a creator turns out to have an exclusivity clause with a competing brand — and you find out after the contract's signed and the money's moved, not before.

One workspace for your whole team.

Not just a higher evaluation limit — a live, shared workspace for how your team runs sponsorships, from first pitch to signed deal.

Kitscore Team workspace showing stat cards, Signals feed, usage, and quick-nav tiles for roster, notes, approvals, branding, clients, alerts, and billing

The actual product — not a mockup.

  • Signals feed — live updates the moment a creator's Trust Score changes, an evaluation gets approved, or a risk flag comes in.
  • Shared creator roster — every brand relationship your team is tracking, visible workspace-wide, not siloed to whoever ran the evaluation.
  • Bring your own creators — bulk-import up to 200 creators per CSV, tied to a brand, and they land in that brand's pipeline as they confirm. No need to find them on Kitscore first.
  • Quick-nav tiles — one click into Roster, Notes, Approvals, Branding, Clients, Alerts, and Billing, no digging through menus.
  • Usage against plan — see exactly how many of your pooled evaluations are left this cycle and when they renew.
One page per engagement. The Campaign Workspace brings the brief, contract terms, deliverable approvals, ROI, and a creator's full communication history — auto-logged activity plus your team's own notes — onto a single page.
One team workspace, 4 seats. Your roster, branding, and brand pipeline live in one shared workspace. Need separate teams for separate business units? That is what Enterprise is for.
No unlock without sign-off. Members can request evaluations, but nothing's confirmed until an owner or admin approves it.
A record for every decision. When you need to show why a creator was approved (or dropped) — or who moved a deal, added a brand, or got team access — the timestamped history is already there.

Every brand or business unit you run gets its own budget, tracked automatically — a Brand Command Center rolls all of them up into one Healthy/Needs-attention status so nothing sits unnoticed. Changes sync live across your team — no refreshing to see a teammate's move. A Signals feed (plus a daily email digest) flags a score drop or a contract waiting on a signature before it becomes a brand-facing problem. And when it's time to write the brief itself, an AI assist drafts a first pass for free.

Start with one evaluation. Scale with your team.

No platform fees until you're ready. Pay per evaluation, or move to Team when your workflow demands it.

Need more than 150 evaluations a month, more than 4 seats, or more than one team? That’s Enterprise. Talk to us about Enterprise. Questions about security or data? See how we handle it or read our Security & Trust page.

What will it cost at your volume?

Move the slider to match how many creators you evaluate in a month. This is plain arithmetic on the published prices above.

Compares evaluation costs only. Team also adds roles, approvals, contract and exclusivity tools and an audit trail, so it can be the right plan below its break-even if you need those. Beyond 150 a month? Talk to us about Enterprise.

Help shape Kitscore for sponsor teams

Run your real creator evaluations on Team for 30 days with the subscription free, instead of the standard 14. If you stay, you pay the standard Team price. In return, we want honest feedback.

What you get 2 places
  • 30 days on Team, subscription free (the standard trial is 14)
  • One evaluation included; each further evaluation is $12, the same as any Team trial
  • A direct line to the founder, including hands-on setup help for your team
  • No commitment: cancel any time before the trial ends and pay no subscription
What we ask
  • Use it for real creator evaluations, not a test
  • A 30-minute kickoff, then one 20-minute check-in around day 15
  • Tell us plainly what is missing or confusing
  • A quote only if you choose to, never required
Best fit: sponsor or brand teams that evaluate creators regularly
Tell us a little about you and we’ll reply within a working day.
Apply for the pilot

After the 30 days you pay the standard Team price. The pilot applies to the Team plan only. Pilot partners are identified as such in anything we publish, and nothing you get depends on what you say about us.

Built so a sign-off means something.

Specifics, not badges: how approvals, payments and data are handled today, so your finance and legal teams can check us against the policy.

Approvals enforced by the database

On Team, members can submit evaluations and request unlocks. Only an owner or admin can approve them — enforced by row-level security in the database, not just hidden in the interface.

A record for every decision

Evaluations, pipeline moves, brand changes and team access are logged with timestamps, and the audit trail exports to CSV from the Team workspace.

Payments and escrow through Stripe

Card payments, subscriptions and escrow run on Stripe. Kitscore receives payment confirmation and a customer reference, never your full card number. Escrowed funds are held until the creator submits the deliverable and you release them (or, if you take no action for 14 days after submission, they are released automatically after a reminder; reporting a problem pauses this). Funds are held by Stripe under Stripe's own terms. Escrow is funded in US dollars, and creators can be paid out in the US, UK, EEA, Canada and Switzerland; payouts to creators in Australia, the UAE and Saudi Arabia are not available yet.

EU database, US application

Your primary database is hosted in Ireland (AWS eu-west-1, via Supabase) and the application runs on Vercel in the United States. Access is controlled with row-level security, and passwords are stored hashed.

Your data, your call

We don’t sell your data or share it with advertisers. Delete your account yourself from your profile page; your personal data is erased after a 14-day window to change your mind. Records another party’s contract or a dispute depends on are kept with your name and contact details removed. For access, correction or export, email hello@kitscore.co. Security and audit logs are kept for up to 12 months.

AI, used narrowly

AI-assisted features, such as drafting briefs and scanning contracts for exclusivity language, run through Groq, and only the content needed for the feature you use is sent. Scores and reports are decision support, not a guarantee.

In audit, a decision only counts if there is evidence behind it, someone signed it off, and a third party can check the trail later. Kitscore is built around that: a scored recommendation, an approval step you can enforce, and a timestamped record of who decided what. Founder on LinkedIn

Questions teams ask before they buy.

What’s the difference between On Demand, Starter and Team?

On Demand is $29 per evaluation with no subscription. Starter is $99 a month for a single decision-maker and includes 25 evaluations, with more at $12 each. Team is $299 a month for one team of up to 4 people, with 150 evaluations a month pooled across the team, plus roles, approvals, the shared workspace, bulk creator import, contract and exclusivity tools, and an audit trail. Enterprise is custom, for more teams, more seats, and security and procurement review.

How does the Team free trial work?

Team includes a 14-day free trial. Checkout collects a payment method, but the $299 subscription is not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then. During the trial your team gets one free evaluation unlock; each further unlock is $12 and is paid when you unlock it. Each person can use the trial once.

Can we pay per evaluation without a subscription?

Yes. On Demand is $29 per evaluation and includes the full Trust Score with Confidence Rating, the decision memo PDF, the 8-point brand safety assessment and verified campaign history. No subscription required.

How reliable is a Trust Score?

A Trust Score reflects the evidence available when it is generated, and comes with a Confidence Rating alongside it. Scores and reports are informational, not a guarantee, so they support your own due diligence rather than replace it. How each is calculated is on the methodology page.

Who can approve spend and unlock reports on a Team?

Members can submit evaluations and request unlocks. Owners and admins approve or reject them, and decisions are recorded in the audit trail. Per-member self-serve limits are configurable.

Where is our data stored, and can we delete it?

Your primary database is hosted in Ireland (AWS eu-west-1) and the application runs on Vercel in the United States. You can delete your account yourself from your profile page. After a 14-day window to change your mind, your personal data is erased. Deletion can’t go ahead while a contract you are party to has funds held in escrow or an unresolved dispute, and the page tells you what to resolve first. For access, correction or export, email hello@kitscore.co; requests sent by email are handled within 30 days.

How does escrow work?

When a contract is fully signed, you fund it through Kitscore escrow and the payment is held until the creator submits the deliverable and you release it to their Stripe payout account. Before the creator submits, you can request a refund of the amount held; after they submit, you have 14 days to release the payment or report a problem. Reporting a problem (or a card dispute on your payment) pauses release while Kitscore reviews it. If you do neither within 14 days, we email you a reminder first and then release the payment to the creator automatically (escrow funded on or after October 1, 2026). A fee of up to 10% comes out of the creator's payout and a separate non-refundable fee of up to 5% is added to your payment at checkout; current rates are shown before you fund. Escrow runs in US dollars. Creators can be paid out through Stripe in the US, UK, EEA, Canada and Switzerland, and payouts outside the US may involve currency conversion by Stripe. Payouts to creators in Australia, the UAE and Saudi Arabia are not available yet.

Do you have a SOC 2 report or an uptime SLA?

Not yet. Kitscore does not currently have a SOC 2 report and does not publish an uptime SLA, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. What we can point to today: data hosted in Ireland (AWS eu-west-1), account-level access controls, a compliance audit trail, and payments handled by Stripe. What we do commit to: we aim to reply to every support email within 4 business hours, and within 2 business hours for anything affecting a payment held in escrow. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm UK time (4am to 2pm US Eastern); these are targets, not guarantees. Our infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase and Stripe) publish their own status pages, and we will email affected customers if an incident affects them. If your procurement process requires a SOC 2 report, an SLA or a security questionnaire, email hello@kitscore.co and we will tell you where we stand.
